You did so without me? How cruel.
Alas, she is family. She will be staying with me for now.

I'll owe you a mug or two. Does that make amends?
You have family in the city? I don't know if I should call you fortunate or apologize for what she must be going through.

Three and my rage is quelled.
It is a blessing to have her here, but a curse that she must be subjected to this world. I am trying to make it as happy for her as possible.

Three, so long as it isn't whiskey. Someone gave me a bottle of it today. It's swill.
This world seems to bring a number of families here. I met a woman on the ship that had her brother here as well.

You would offer me swill in recompense? You are a bad friend, Lord Snow.
Is that so? I would like to meet them. Perhaps we might find kinship.

You misunderstand me. I refuse to let you drink that swill. Whiskey tastes like sour piss.
You may have seen her? She was hard to miss.

Well, then I thank you for my rescue.
A beauty, is she?

We have a number of those in this city.
I don't think many can compare to her.

Then I simply must meet her. Would you be willing to share?

I wouldn't say "share". I suspect if I said anything like that, she would punish me herself.
I can admire that she is as stubborn as me.
Her name is Lucrezia.

[Jon receives no reply. Any sort of routine they had with their letters immediately vanishes. Sorry, Jon. That was too much news for Cesare.]
